Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish
  • Pat chicken breasts dry and place in baking dish in single layer
  • Season both sides of chicken with sea salt and black pepper
  • In small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, garlic, and rosemary
  • Pour sauce over chicken and ensure each piece is thoroughly coated
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C)
  • Let chicken rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving

Notes

Use meat thermometer to avoid overcooking
Pound chicken for even thickness if needed
Let chicken rest before slicing to retain juices
Can substitute chicken thighs (adjust cooking time)
For keto version, replace honey with monk fruit sweetener
