2.5 lbs Chicken Wings
1/2 cup Raw Honey
1/4 cup Coconut Aminos or Tamari
3 cloves Fresh Garlic
1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1 teaspoon Toasted Sesame Oil
Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Pat the chicken wings completely dry with paper towels
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, coconut aminos, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, and sesame oil
  4. Place the wings in a large mixing bowl and toss them with half of the prepared sauce until well-coated
  5. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the baking sheet
  6. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, turning them halfway through
  7. During the last five minutes, brush the remaining sauce over the wings and broil for caramelizatio
  8. Remove from the oven and let the wings rest for a few minutes

Notes

For a crispier texture, use a wire rack set over your baking sheet.

Grate the garlic instead of mincing for a smoother glaze.
