Ingredients
2.5 lbs Chicken Wings
1/2 cup Raw Honey
1/4 cup Coconut Aminos or Tamari
3 cloves Fresh Garlic
1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1 teaspoon Toasted Sesame Oil
Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
- Pat the chicken wings completely dry with paper towels
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, coconut aminos, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, and sesame oil
- Place the wings in a large mixing bowl and toss them with half of the prepared sauce until well-coated
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on the baking sheet
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, turning them halfway through
- During the last five minutes, brush the remaining sauce over the wings and broil for caramelizatio
- Remove from the oven and let the wings rest for a few minutes
Notes
For a crispier texture, use a wire rack set over your baking sheet.
Grate the garlic instead of mincing for a smoother glaze.
