4 medium fillets Fresh Tilapia
3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
2 teaspoons Smoked Paprika
1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 teaspoon Dried Oregano
2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
Sea Salt & Black Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Combine cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl
  2. Pat the tilapia fillets dry using paper towels
  3. Drizzle olive oil and lime juice over the fillets, then coat both sides with the spice blend
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates
  5. Place the fish on the grill and cook for approximately 3 to 4 minutes per side
  6. Check for doneness at an internal temperature of 145°F, then remove from the grill
  7. Let the fillets rest for two minutes before serving

Notes

For a milder dish, reduce cayenne and increase smoked paprika.
