4 medium fillets Fresh Tilapia
3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
2 teaspoons Smoked Paprika
1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 teaspoon Dried Oregano
2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
Sea Salt & Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl
- Pat the tilapia fillets dry using paper towels
- Drizzle olive oil and lime juice over the fillets, then coat both sides with the spice blend
