Ingredients
16 oz Elbow Macaroni
1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
4 cups Whole Milk
1 cup Heavy Cream
4 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, freshly grated
1 cup Gruyere Cheese, freshly grated (optional)
8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Salt (to taste)
1/2 tsp Black Pepper, freshly ground
Instructions
- Lightly grease the inside of your slow cooker with unsalted butter
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, whole milk, heavy cream, cream cheese, and Dijon mustard until smooth
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper
- Gradually mix in two-thirds of the cheddar and gruyere cheese until melted
- Pour uncooked elbow macaroni into the slow cooker, then pour the cheese sauce mixture over it and stir to combine
- Cover and cook on LOW for 2 to 3 hours or HIGH for 1 to 1.5 hours until pasta is al dente

- Serve warm after stirring to combine
