1 tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
½ tsp Black Pepper
Kosher Salt to taste
6 oz Crispy Fried Onions


Instructions

  1. Prepare Green Beans: Blanch trimmed fresh green beans in boiling salted water for 3-4 minutes, then plunge into an ice bath. Drain and set aside
  2. Sauté Aromatics: In a skillet, melt butter, then add diced onion and sauté until translucent. Add garlic and mushrooms, cooking until browned
  3. Make the Roux: Sprinkle flour over the vegetables and stir for 1-2 minutes to remove raw flour taste
  4. Build the Sauce: Gradually whisk in chicken broth and milk, stirring until thickened. Lower heat
  5. Finish the Sauce: Add cream cheese and soy sauce, mixing until smooth. Season with pepper and salt to taste
