Ingredients
200 g Dark Chocolate (70% Cocoa) – chopped finely for even melting
115 g Unsalted Grass-Fed Butter
150 g Organic Cane Sugar
2 units Large Free-Range Eggs – at room temperature
1 tablespoon Pure Madagascar Vanilla Extract
50 g All-Purpose Flour (sifted)
25 g Dutch-Processed Cocoa Powder

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini-muffin ti
- Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a heat-proof bowl over simmering water, stirring until glossy and smooth
- Remove the bowl from heat and whisk in the organic cane sugar until well combined
- Add the eggs one at a time, whisking vigorously after each additio
- Fold in the vanilla extract and sea salt
- Sift the flour and cocoa powder over the wet ingredients and gently fold until no white streaks remai
- Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cavity about three-quarters full
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until slightly soft in the center
- Allow to cool in the tin for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack
