Description

150 g Organic Cane Sugar

1 tablespoon Pure Madagascar Vanilla Extract
50 g All-Purpose Flour (sifted)
25 g Dutch-Processed Cocoa Powder
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini-muffin ti
  2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a heat-proof bowl over simmering water, stirring until glossy and smooth
  3. Remove the bowl from heat and whisk in the organic cane sugar until well combined
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, whisking vigorously after each additio
  5. Fold in the vanilla extract and sea salt
  6. Sift the flour and cocoa powder over the wet ingredients and gently fold until no white streaks remai
  7. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cavity about three-quarters full
  8. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until slightly soft in the center
  9. Allow to cool in the tin for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack
