Ingredients
3 pounds Chicken Wings, split wings and drumettes
1/2 cup Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Raw Honey
1/4 cup Toasted Sesame Oil
2 tablespoons Rice Vinegar
4 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger, grated
Sesame Seeds, for garnish
Green Onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels
- In a medium bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, toasted sesame oil, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and grated ginger
- Place the wings into the slow cooker and pour the prepared sauce over them, tossing to coat
- Set the slow cooker to 'Low' for 4 to 5 hours or 'High' for 2 to 3 hours until the wings are tender
- For a thicker glaze, whisk a tablespoon of cornstarch with water, stir into the pot, and cook on high for an additional 15 minutes
