Ingredients

Scale

2 large Sweet Potatoes

1/21 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper (optional)

Instructions

  2. Wash and chop the sweet potatoes into 3/4-inch to 1-inch cubes
  3. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato cubes with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper until evenly coated
  4. Spread the sweet potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet without overcrowding
  5. Roast in the oven for 15 minutes, then flip the sweet potatoes and roast for an additional 10-15 minutes until tender and golde
