2 large Sweet Potatoes

1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika

1/2 – 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Wash and chop the sweet potatoes into 3/4-inch to 1-inch cubes
