1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
Sea Salt & Black Pepper to Taste
1/4 cup Barbecue Glaze
2 units Lemon Wedges
Instructions
- Begin by washing the asparagus under cold water and snapping off the woody ends
- Place the asparagus in a large mixing bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss thoroughly
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat
- Arrange the spears in a single layer and grill for about 3 to 5 minutes, turning occasionally
- During the last minute of cooking, brush your favorite barbecue glaze onto the stalks
- Remove the spears from the heat and arrange them on a large dish, garnished with fresh lemon wedges
Notes
Ensure to clean your grill grates before cooking to prevent sticking.
Let the asparagus rest for two minutes after grilling for better texture.
