Ingredients
4 large fillets (6–8 oz each) Fresh Salmo
1/2 cup Lump Crab Meat
1/2 cup Small Shrimp
4 oz Cream Cheese
3 cloves Garlic
2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley
1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1/2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil
- Pat the salmon fillets dry and cut a horizontal slit into the side of each fillet to create a pocket
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, minced garlic, shrimp, crab meat, parsley, and lemon juice
- Stir in the Old Bay seasoning and salt until the mixture is uniform and creamy
- Spoon the seafood mixture into the pocket of each salmon fillet
