This Salmon Crab and Shrimp Stuffed Delight is a flavorful and elegant dish combining flaky salmon, sweet lump crabmeat, and tender shrimp, perfect for busy weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
4 fillets Fresh Salmon (6–8 oz each)
1/2 cup Lump Crabmeat (drained and picked)
1/2 cup Small Shrimp (peeled, deveined, and chopped)
4 ounces Cream Cheese (softened)
1/4 cup Fresh Spinach (finely chopped)
1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 tablespoon Fresh Dill (chopped)
1 Lemon (zest and juice)
1/4 cup Panko Breadcrumbs (or gluten-free alternative)
2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sea Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet
- Rinse the salmon fillets and cut a pocket into each fillet
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shrimp, crabmeat, spinach, lemon zest, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and dill
- Stuff each salmon pocket with the seafood mixture
- Drizzle the stuffed fillets with olive oil and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, and top with panko breadcrumbs
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until the salmon flakes easily and internal temperature reaches 145°F
- Let rest for 3 minutes, then garnish and serve
Notes
Use wild-caught salmon for better flavor and nutrition.
For lighter version, substitute cream cheese with Greek yogurt.
Ensure seafood is fully thawed if using frozen.
