Description

This Salmon Crab and Shrimp Stuffed Delight is a flavorful and elegant dish combining flaky salmon, sweet lump crabmeat, and tender shrimp, perfect for busy weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale

4 fillets Fresh Salmon (68 oz each)
1/2 cup Lump Crabmeat (drained and picked)
1/2 cup Small Shrimp (peeled, deveined, and chopped)
4 ounces Cream Cheese (softened)
1/4 cup Fresh Spinach (finely chopped)
1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 tablespoon Fresh Dill (chopped)
1 Lemon (zest and juice)
1/4 cup Panko Breadcrumbs (or gluten-free alternative)
2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sea Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet
  2. Rinse the salmon fillets and cut a pocket into each fillet
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shrimp, crabmeat, spinach, lemon zest, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and dill
  4. Stuff each salmon pocket with the seafood mixture
  5. Drizzle the stuffed fillets with olive oil and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, and top with panko breadcrumbs
  6. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until the salmon flakes easily and internal temperature reaches 145°F
  7. Let rest for 3 minutes, then garnish and serve

Notes

Use wild-caught salmon for better flavor and nutrition.

For lighter version, substitute cream cheese with Greek yogurt.

Ensure seafood is fully thawed if using frozen.
