Description

Ingredients

4 fillets (6 oz each) White Fish
3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
1/2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
1 Lemon, sliced


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, and smoked paprika
  3. Pat the fish fillets dry and brush both sides with the lemon-garlic mixture
  4. Place the fillets on the hot grill and cook for 4 to 5 minutes without moving them
  5. Carefully flip the fillets and add lemon slices to the grill; cook for another 3 to 4 minutes until the fish is opaque
  6. Remove from heat and let rest for 2 minutes before serving with the grilled lemon slices

Notes

Use firm white fish like cod, tilapia, or mahi-mahi for best results.
