Ingredients
12 ounces Whole Wheat Penne or Rotini
1.5 lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 large bunch Fresh Kale
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 cup Whole Wheat Croutons
1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup Olive Oil
3 tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 cloves Minced Garlic
1/2 teaspoon Anchovy Paste
1/2 teaspoon Salt

Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and cool
