34 large Sweet Potatoes
1/4 cup Honey
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamo
1/2 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley or Cilantro


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
  2. Wash and dice the sweet potatoes into 1-inch cubes
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), sea salt, and black pepper
