Ingredients

Scale

1.5 lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
1216 oz Your Favorite Pasta
2 tbsp Olive Oil
68 cloves Garlic
1 cup Chicken Broth
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Salt & Black Pepper to taste
1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped

  2. Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente, reserving 1-1.5 cups of pasta water
  3. Sear the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken until golden brown, then set aside
  4. Build the Garlic Base: Add more olive oil, sauté minced garlic until fragrant
  5. Deglaze and Simmer: Add chicken broth, scrape up browned bits, and simmer
  6. Create the Creamy Sauce: Stir in heavy cream, simmer to thicke
  7. Incorporate Parmesan and Pasta Water: Whisk in parmesan until smooth, adjust consistency with reserved pasta water
