1 tablespoon Honey or Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Green Onions
2 cups Bell Peppers or Bok Choy
Instructions
- Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, toasted sesame oil, and red chili flakes. Set aside
- Sear the Beef: Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, and add the ground beef. Cook until browned
- Infuse the Aromatics: Push the beef to the side and add garlic, ginger, and green onion whites. Sauté for 60 seconds
- Add the Vegetables: Toss in chopped bell peppers or bok choy, stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes
