Ingredients
1.5 lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary, minced
1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme, minced
1 teaspoon Fresh Oregano, minced
3 large Garlic Cloves, minced
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/2 teaspoon Cracked Black Pepper
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound to uniform thickness of 1/2 inch
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, rosemary, thyme, oregano, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper
- Place chicken in a bowl or bag, pour marinade over, and let sit for at least 15 minutes
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates
- Grill chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 160°F
- Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing
