Description
Ginger Grilled Pork Ribs Bites are bite-sized cuts of pork ribs marinated in a zesty mix of fresh ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and honey, then grilled to perfection for a quick and flavorful weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
2 lbs Pork Rib Bites
3 tbsp Fresh Ginger, grated or finely minced
4 cloves Garlic Cloves, crushed and minced
1/4 cup Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Honey or Agave
1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
1 tsp Black Pepper, freshly cracked
2 stalks Green Onions, sliced for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the grated ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and rice vinegar
- Coat the Ribs: Add the pork pieces into the bowl and toss them to ensure they are well-coated
- Heat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, aiming for around 400 degrees Fahrenheit
- Grill the Meat: Place the pork bites on the grill and cook for 12 to 15 minutes, turning every 4 minutes
- Check for Doneness: Ensure the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit
- Rest and Garnish: Let the pork rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh green onions before serving
Notes
For a keto version, use monk fruit sweetener instead of honey.
If cooking in the oven, set to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and roast for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
These can be stored in an airtight glass container for up to three days.
