Description

Ingredients

1.5 lbs Large Shrimp
6 cloves Fresh Garlic
4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup Dry White Wine
2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1/4 cup Fresh Parsley
Sea Salt & Black Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Pat the shrimp dry and season lightly with sea salt and black pepper
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil and 2 tbsp of butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking for 1 minute
  3. Add shrimp in a single layer and cook for about 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp and set aside
  4. Pour white wine into the skillet to deglaze, scraping up browned bits, and let reduce by half
  5. Whisk in the remaining butter and lemon juice to finish the sauce, then add chopped parsley
  6. Return the shrimp to the skillet, toss to coat in the sauce, and serve immediately

Notes

Use fresh garlic for best flavor.
