Ingredients
1.5 lbs Large Shrimp
6 cloves Fresh Garlic
4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup Dry White Wine
2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1/4 cup Fresh Parsley
Sea Salt & Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pat the shrimp dry and season lightly with sea salt and black pepper
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil and 2 tbsp of butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking for 1 minute
- Add shrimp in a single layer and cook for about 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp and set aside
- Pour white wine into the skillet to deglaze, scraping up browned bits, and let reduce by half
- Whisk in the remaining butter and lemon juice to finish the sauce, then add chopped parsley
- Return the shrimp to the skillet, toss to coat in the sauce, and serve immediately
Notes
Use fresh garlic for best flavor.
