1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 tbsp Cajun seasoning

1 tbsp olive oil

1 onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook penne pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Toss cubed chicken with Cajun seasoning until thoroughly coated.

3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook 3-4 minutes until softened. Add garlic and cook 1 minute until fragrant.
