Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a large glass bowl, whisk together the orange juice, lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper
- Marinate the Beef: Place your sliced steak into the marinade, ensuring every piece is well-coated. Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes
- Heat the Skillet: Place a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat and add a small splash of oil
- Sear the Steak: Remove the steak from the marinade and place it in the hot skillet in a single layer. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned
- Rest the Meat: Remove the steak from the pan and let it rest for 5 minutes
- Assemble the Plate: Arrange the steak slices on a plate, garnish with cilantro and lime juice
