2 tablespoons Lime Juice

4 cloves Garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Cumi
Sea Salt & Black Pepper to taste
1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a large glass bowl, whisk together the orange juice, lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper
  2. Marinate the Beef: Place your sliced steak into the marinade, ensuring every piece is well-coated. Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes
  3. Heat the Skillet: Place a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat and add a small splash of oil
  4. Sear the Steak: Remove the steak from the marinade and place it in the hot skillet in a single layer. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned
  5. Rest the Meat: Remove the steak from the pan and let it rest for 5 minutes
  6. Assemble the Plate: Arrange the steak slices on a plate, garnish with cilantro and lime juice

Notes

For best results, cut the steak against the grain to ensure tenderness.

Use fresh citrus juice instead of bottled for a more vibrant flavor.
