1.5 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
6 tablespoons Unsalted Butter

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a medium bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then set aside to cool completely
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar on medium speed until completely smooth (about 3 to 5 minutes)

- Remove the pan from the water bath and take off the foil. Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 8 hours, or ideally overnight
