Ingredients
16 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
1 cup Powdered Sugar
1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar, packed
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamo
1/4 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Caramel Sauce
3–4 medium Fresh Apples
1/2 cup Toffee Bits or Chopped Pecans (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and softened butter. Beat until smooth and creamy
- Gradually add powdered sugar and light brown sugar, beating until fluffy. Stir in vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and salt
- Spread the cream cheese mixture into a shallow serving dish
- Drizzle the caramel sauce over the cream cheese layer
- Add optional toppings like toffee bits or chopped pecans
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
- Wash, core, and slice the fresh apples. Serve with the dip
