Ingredients
4–6 pieces Chicken Thighs
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley
Instructions
- Remove the chicken thighs from the packaging and pat them dry with paper towels
- In a small bowl, combine parmesan cheese, garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir to mix
- In a large bowl, drizzle the chicken thighs with olive oil and toss to coat. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the chicken and press into the ski
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C)
- Arrange the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 18-22 minutes, flipping halfway through
- Check for doneness using a meat thermometer to ensure it reaches 165°F (74°C)
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes and garnish with fresh parsley before serving

Using bone-in, skin-on thighs ensures maximum juiciness.
